Free shipping on every US order

There is no minimum. Shipping is free on every order to an address in the United States.

When your order ships

Every piece ships from Florida. Orders placed by 2 PM Eastern, Monday to Friday, usually ship the same day; later orders ship the next business day. You get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is created.

Carrier and delivery time

Every order ships with USPS Ground Advantage in a padded mailer, typically 2 to 5 business days. This is the carrier's estimate, not a guarantee.

Where we ship

For now we ship to addresses in the United States only.

Lost or damaged packages

If tracking stops moving for 7 business days or the carrier confirms a package is lost, we send a free replacement or refund you in full, and we file the claim with the carrier ourselves. If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find it, please check with neighbors and your mailroom and give it 48 hours; then contact us and we will open a claim with the carrier and find a solution with you. If your piece arrives damaged, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it.
