moissaniteit
About moissaniteit
moissaniteit is an online store for moissanite jewelry in 925 sterling silver, run by Olivia Star Jewelry LLC in Boca Raton, Florida. Every stone we sell is lab-created moissanite, every order ships from Florida, and every piece comes with a GRA certificate for its stone.
Why a store just for moissanite
Moissanite is a gem you can test for yourself. It rates 9.25 on the Mohs scale, so steel does not scratch it, and it splits light into color more than twice as strongly as a diamond (dispersion 0.104 against 0.044). So instead of asking you to take our word for it, our home page lets you try to scratch the stone. Moissanite is not a diamond, and we never call it one.
Who is behind it
We have made sterling silver jewelry since 2016. The business was started by Dmytro Magonia, an engineer by training, because plated brass kept failing the people who wore it. The rule he set back then is the rule here too: name the materials, show the numbers.
What every piece is made of
Every setting is 925 sterling silver with the S925 stamp inside, never plated brass or steel. Every stone is lab-created moissanite in D color; its exact grade is on the product page and on the GRA certificate. Carat sizes are given as diamond equivalent weight (DEW), with the stone size in millimeters next to them. What DEW means.
Where it is made
Our moissanite pieces are made by workshops we have worked with for years. Our team in Florida checks every order before it ships.
How your order arrives
Each piece ships in a resealable pouch inside a padded mailer, together with the GRA certificate for its stone. We keep the packaging simple so that shipping and returns can stay free for everyone.
Free shipping, free returns
Shipping is free to any US address. Order by 2 PM Eastern, Monday to Friday, and it usually ships the same day. You have 30 days to return an unworn piece with a free return label, a free ring size exchange, and a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Details: Shipping and Returns.
